How to allow Yahoo to access ping in Yahoo account settings
Yahoo does not allow other apps to access its emails automatically. For ping to read Yahoo emails then, before adding your Yahoo email to ping under the ping app 'accounts' settings, please follow these steps in your Yahoo email on desktop:
1) Go to Yahoo Account Security
2) Go to Manage App passwords section
3) Select "Other"
4) Enter name "ping"
Your password will be created.
You can then add your Yahoo email to ping in the ping accounts settings section.
