What should I do if my messages (WhatsApps/iMessages/Texts/SMS's) are not being read out?

iMessages/Texts/SMS's:

Go into settings in the app (click the gear icon on the top left).

Make sure that iMessage is connected. If it's not, click that button and go through the setup.

Go to your phone's main settings, click on 'messages' and then 'text message forwarding', Make sure that 'msgLOUD/ping' is turned on.

WhatsApp's:

You need to have another device like your computer or iPad with you. We will email you a QR code which you scan using WhatsApp. In WhatsApp go to 'Settings/WhtasApp Web/Scan QR Code'

Scan the QR code and WhatsApp should be connected.
