Amazon Alexa Support

We're excited to introduce ping for Alexa - a world first to read out your messages over Alexa. 

ping for Alexa only supports Android phones at this time.

ping is designed to make your life easier and your drive safer, by reading out loud ALL your messages and email upon command.

All message types are supported including Texts/SMS, WhatsApp & Facebook messages, all email types, Slack, Telegram, Skype etc.

To begin, follow these steps:

1. Download and set up the ping android app.
2. From within the ping app, go to Settings/Alexa and link your Amazon account.
3. Then go your Alexa companion app, search for the pingloud skill and enable it. (Make sure you are logged into both using the same Amazon account.)
4. Any unread messages or emails can be read aloud by your Alexa device. (Note that promotional and social emails are not read by default.)
